Who and Why

Owner and Founder

My name is Melissa Barnett. I am a wife and mother to 4 beautiful children. I proudly served 13 years as Active Duty Army and in 2019 I decided it was time to do something new. I spent most of my time in the service organizing every workplace I went into. I thought I was cursed because each place I got assigned to was a hot mess. I actually have found a lot of joy in reorganizing the warehouses and offices I have worked in, as well as mentoring and just being a listening ear for those I've worked with.

I am a faith filled Christian woman. I was not always so faith filled but the past couple of years have certainly tested and confirmed my faith in God. I was blessed to find work as a civilian contractor as soon as I got out of the military. Then I felt led to start my own company, so I did. Little did I know that the Lord was preparing me all these years to do the one thing I use to think was a curse. It fills me with joy to see the peace people have when they work and live in a place that is clean and organized. Chaos and disorder do not bring peace. I am a firm believer that functioning in an "organized mess" is not truly functioning. You are getting by but not at your full capacity.

My company is a judgement free and drama free zone. I believe in allowing people to ease into change but also that some require a bit of tough love. When I was a leader in the Army I was the same and have not changed. My personal values are respect, honesty, integrity, empathy towards others and I expect the same from my employees as well.
